Teaching Methodology

There are various hurdles in the present teaching methodology. There are various things to think about. One of them is that students learn the best when they are teaching the same to their juniors. Also not everyone is equally qualified to learn at the same pace as in the TED talk of Salman Khan of Khan academy.

If there is an efficient way of the present teaching methodology, its like students are viewing some recorded videos to learn the skills they want to.
This method way be good for those in colleges or beyond.

And while the way primary schooling is done when teachers pay special attention to each student as they are not mature enough.
But I think secondary schooling can be addressed in a way different than the both of them.

They have a role in themselves.
That may be using the way that every student will learn from theur just senior and teach the just junior so that they get the essense of quality learning in life.
